Gutter Cleaning in Nashville, Brentwood & Franklin
We flow-test every downspout and send you the video. You'll know the water actually moves, not just that somebody was on a ladder.
The part most gutter companies skip
A gutter cleaning is easy to fake. Someone pulls the leaves out of the trough, the gutters look empty from the driveway, and the job looks done.
But the trough usually isn't what fails. The downspout is. A clean gutter with a blocked downspout looks exactly like one that works, right up until the next heavy rain sends water over the edge, down your siding and against your foundation.
From the ground, you have no way to tell the difference. That's the real problem with hiring this out.
What's included, every time
- Every gutter run cleared by hand, bagged and hauled off. Never blown into your beds.
- Every downspout cleared from the top.
- Every downspout flow-tested, with a video sent to you.
- Before and after photos of every run, labeled by side of the house.
- Written notes on anything we noticed: loose fasteners, leaking seams, pitch, fascia.
- Ladder standoffs on every setup, so no weight rests on your gutters.
The flow test
At the end of every job we run water through each downspout and record about ten seconds of it draining freely at the bottom.
You get those videos on your phone, one per downspout, before we leave. It takes a few extra minutes on a typical house, and it's the only way you can check the work for yourself.
What it costs
- Single-story home$195
- Two-story home$275
- Steep roof, ladder-only access (too steep for us to walk on)+$50
- Add a ground-level dryer vent cleaning on the same visit$118 + tax
Homes with more than about 200 feet of gutter, three-story sections, heavy buildup (2+ years) and gutter guards are quoted before we come. Send us photos when you book. The price we quote is the price. It only changes if the job does, and you approve it first.
What we don't do
- Gutter installation or replacement. We clean and report; we don't install.
- Roof repair. We'll photograph what we see, but we're not roofers and don't certify roof condition.
- Fascia or soffit repair.
- Anything above what a ladder can safely reach.
If we find something outside what we do, we show you the photo. We don't sell you a repair.
How it works
- Call or fill in the form. We ask how many stories, roughly how long the roofline is, and when the gutters were last cleaned.
- We give you a price on that call. No site visit needed for a standard house.
- On the day, you get a text before we arrive.
- We clean, flow-test, photograph and bag everything.
- Before we leave, we walk you through what we found and send the videos.
Questions we get
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most Middle Tennessee homes: late spring, and after the leaves come down in late fall. If you have mature oaks or pines over the house, three times is more realistic. We'll tell you honestly what yours needs based on what we pull out.
Do I need to be home?
No. We photograph and video everything and send it to you either way. If you'd like the walkthrough in person, tell us when you book.
What about gutter guards?
Guards cut down on how often you need cleaning, but they don't eliminate it. Fine debris still gets through, and guards can clog. We can remove and reinstall most types, but we confirm the type before quoting because older guards can be brittle.
Will you blow the debris into my yard?
No. Everything is bagged and leaves with us.
What if it rains?
We reschedule. Wet roofs and ladders aren't worth the risk, and the flow test means nothing in the rain.
Do you do anything else?
Yes: dryer vent cleaning, junk removal, holiday lighting, home setup and more. Most people who use us for one thing end up using us for two or three. Same crew, one phone number.
