The glass is the easy part
Anyone can make glass look clean. What separates a real window cleaning is everything around the glass: tracks full of grit, sills with a season of dirt in the corners, screens nobody touched.
Most quotes cover the glass and charge extra for the rest, or skip it and hope you don't look. You end up with clean windows in dirty frames, which somehow looks worse.
What's included
- Inside and outside glass.
- Tracks and sills detailed, included.
- Screens removed, cleaned, and put back in the windows they came from.
- Hard water staining pointed out to you before we start.
- Exterior done with ground-based pole equipment, so nobody is on a ladder over your landscaping.
- Existing glass and screen damage photographed before we touch anything.
We walk the glass with you
Before we pack up, we walk the house with you, inside and out, and look at the windows together. If something isn't right, we fix it while we're standing there.
What we don't do
- Rope or lift access. We work from the ground, which reaches most homes.
- Promise hard water stains come out. Mineral deposits can etch glass permanently. We'll show you before we start and quote removal separately.
- Window repair, seal replacement or glass replacement. A foggy double-pane window is a failed seal, and no cleaning fixes it. We'll tell you if we see one.
Questions we get
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes, spring and fall. Once a year is fine if you're not fussy.
Do I need to be home?
For outside only, no. For inside, someone needs to let us in. We work around you, and we're quiet.
Will you move my furniture?
We'll move small things ourselves. If something heavy is in front of a window, tell us when you book.
What about screens that are already damaged?
We photograph anything torn or bent before we touch it. Older screens are brittle and sometimes break on removal. If that happens, we tell you right away and don't charge you for it.
