Flat prices from your home's details, confirmed before we start. Dryer vent cleaning, holiday lighting and home setup are shown "+ tax" (Tennessee sales tax). Our other services aren't taxed. On those three services, extra charges are taxed too.
Gutter cleaning

Includes bagging and hauling all debris, a flow test with video on every downspout, before and after photos, and a written condition report. Heavy buildup (2+ years) and gutter guards are quoted before we come. Send us photos when you book.

We record your airflow after cleaning. If your dryer starts taking longer to dry within 12 months, we'll re-test it for free. If buildup has returned, re-cleaning is quoted at our regular price. Apartment communities and property managers: ask for account pricing at crestworkcare.com/commercial.

Loading, hauling and disposal included. Stairs are quoted per flight. We confirm the price on site before we load anything. Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing) are quoted separately. We can't take tires or hazardous materials.
Home setup and assembly
Priced from your list of items and quoted before we come, + tax. Send us the list or photos when you book. We don't do work that needs a license, such as electrical, plumbing or gas.
Holiday lighting
Full service with our lights: custom design, installation, a dusk check on install day, a technician out within 48 hours if something goes out (weather permitting), January takedown and storage. After a free design visit, we send your quote, + tax (Tennessee sales tax, 9.75%). A 50% deposit of the total with tax, paid online, holds your install date.
Coming spring 2027

No travel charge anywhere in our service areas. The time-of-day and Sunday charges don't stack: if both apply, only the larger one does. They never apply when we run late.

No trip fee if you decline a price change we present on site, or if we stop work for safety or weather. Holiday lighting installs follow the deposit terms instead of the trip fee.
Payment, guarantee and referrals
- Pay by card or bank payment (ACH) when the job is done, through our official invoice. Our crew never takes cash, checks or payment apps.
- Holiday lighting: the balance is due within 7 days of the invoice we send after the dusk check.
- Quotes are good for 30 days. If the job turns out different, we explain the new price before doing extra work.
- Something not right? Tell us within 48 hours after we finish and we'll come back and redo that part free. Report any damage within 48 hours after we finish, with photos.
- Refer a neighbor or friend: they get $25 off their first job (not valid on second-story or roof dryer vents), and you get a $50 Crestwork credit once their job is finished and paid, good for 12 months. Details at crestworkcare.com/referrals.
- Offers and discounts don't combine; the larger one applies. Our posted prices, including the add-on price for a dryer vent on the same visit, aren't offers, so a referral discount still applies to them.
