What we collect

We collect only what you send us.

Quote requests. Our quote request form is provided by Jobber, the software we use to manage quotes and jobs. What you enter in the form, such as your name, phone number, email, address and a description of the job, goes to Jobber and is stored there for us.
Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we have your number or address and whatever you tell us.
Basic hosting logs. This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it keeps basic logs of visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you, write your quote, and do and bill the work you ask for. That is all.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information.
We do not run ads on this site, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who else handles it

Jobber stores quote requests and job details for us. Cloudflare hosts this site. Our email provider carries the emails you send us. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How to have it deleted

Email info@crestworkcare.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you, apart from records we need to keep for work we have done, such as invoices. You can also ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
