Junk Removal in Nashville, Brentwood & Franklin
Nothing questionable leaves without you seeing it first. We set aside anything that might matter for you to check.
The part that actually worries people
Most people calling about junk removal aren't worried about the price. They're worried about two other things.
The first is being judged. If you're clearing out a garage that got away from you, or a parent's house after they've passed, the last thing you need is a crew making faces at each other.
The second is worse: something irreplaceable going in the trailer. A photo in a box of papers. A ring in a drawer nobody checked. Once it's gone, it's gone.
What's included
- A marked set-aside area. Anything personal, valuable or sentimental goes there first, not in the trailer.
- You review the set-aside before anything leaves. Not on site? We photograph every item and text you before loading.
- No commentary. Ever.
- Sorting as we load: donation, recycling, landfill.
- Donation receipts for anything that goes to charity.
- The space swept clean, not just emptied.
The set-aside zone
Before we load anything, we mark out an area and put anything questionable in it: photos, documents, jewelry, military items, anything handwritten, hardware that looks like it belongs to something. You look through it before the trailer leaves.
It costs us a few minutes on every job. It prevents the one mistake in this trade that can't be undone.
What it costs
- Single item or minimum job$179
- Quarter load (about 3.5 cubic yards)$249
- Half load (about 7 cubic yards)$379
- Three-quarter load (about 10 cubic yards)$519
- Full trailer (about 14 cubic yards)$649
Stairs are quoted per flight. See all prices and policies.
Concrete, tile, dirt, brick and roofing are priced by weight, not volume. They weigh several times what furniture does and cost more to dispose of. Send photos and we can usually give you a price the same day.
What we don't take
- Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, fuel, propane, asbestos, biological waste.
- Tires.
- Anything that requires demolition.
- We can't bring items back once they've been disposed of, so please review the set-aside area before we leave.
How it works
- Call or text, and send photos. We can usually price it from pictures without coming out.
- We confirm the price before starting. It doesn't change unless the job does.
- Floor protection goes down along the path.
- Set-aside area marked before anything moves.
- We load, sorting as we go.
- You review the set-aside. We sweep the space and photograph it.
Questions we get
Do I need to sort it first?
No. Sorting is our job. Just tell us what stays.
What if I'm not there?
That's common and it's fine. We photograph everything in the set-aside area and text it to you before loading, and photograph the cleared space when we're done.
Where does it go?
Anything usable goes to donation. Metal and electronics go to recycling. The rest goes to the transfer station.
Can you take a hot tub or a shed?
Usually yes, but send photos first. Those need a look and sometimes taking apart, and we'd rather quote it properly than guess.
Will you judge my garage?
No, and we mean that. This is what we do all day, and yours is normal. Please don't apologize for it.
Moving soon?
We can clear out what you're not taking before moving day.
