Most damage comes from the pressure, not the dirt

Pressure washing sounds like it should involve a lot of pressure. That's the mistake that costs people money.

High pressure on vinyl siding forces water behind it, into the wall. On wood it raises the grain and leaves permanent lines. On painted surfaces it takes the paint off.

The green and black on your house isn't dirt. It's organic growth, and it comes off with the right cleaning solution at low pressure. High pressure is only for concrete.

What's included

  • Soft wash on everything vertical: siding, brick, stucco, painted surfaces, wood.
  • High pressure and a surface cleaner on flatwork only: driveways, walks, patios.
  • Plants wet down before any cleaning solution, and rinsed well afterward.
  • Before and after photos taken from the same spot, so the comparison is honest.
  • Every surface measured, not guessed.

Before and after, same spot

Every job is photographed from a fixed spot before we start and from the exact same spot when we finish. Same angle, same distance. Most before-and-after photos are taken from different spots, which makes the after look better than it is. You get both, and you judge.

What it costs

We measure before quoting. A driveway that looks like 600 square feet is often 900, and we'd rather be right than cheap.

What we don't do

  • Roof cleaning.
  • Paint or stain removal.
  • Sealing or coating after washing.
  • Promise every stain comes out. Rust, oil and some organic stains set into the surface. We'll tell you before we start, not after.

Questions we get

Will this damage my siding?

Not the way we do it. Siding is soft washed at about the pressure of a garden hose. The cleaning solution does the work.

Will it kill my plants?

We wet down everything in the spray zone first and rinse well afterward, which prevents almost all plant damage. If we see something sensitive, we'll tell you.

How often should I have my house washed?

Every one to two years for most Middle Tennessee homes. North-facing walls and anything under trees go green faster.

Do you need my water?

Yes. We need an outside spigot with the water on. If the house is vacant, please confirm the water is on before we come.
