Holiday Lighting in Nashville, Brentwood & Franklin
Lights included. We design it, install it, keep it lit and take it down. Then we text you a photo of your house lit on install night.
Nobody wants to be on a ladder in December
Every year somebody in the family ends up on a ladder in thirty-degree weather, untangling a box of lights that worked fine last January and trying to find the dead strand.
Then in January it all has to come down, usually in worse weather, usually by the same person.
And a lot of the companies that do this disappear after install. Something goes out in mid-December and nobody answers the phone.
What's included
- The lights. Commercial-grade, owned and maintained by us. Nothing to buy, store or untangle.
- A design measured to your house before we quote it.
- Clips made for the job. No nails, no staples, no adhesive on your house.
- A dusk check on install day, with a photo of your house lit texted to you.
- A mid-season drive-by from us, unprompted, to catch anything that's gone out.
- Outage response within 48 hours, at no charge, all season.
- A timer installed and shown to you.
- Takedown in January, already included.
The dusk check
Lights get installed in daylight and judged after dark. So we come back at dusk on install day and make sure the display is lit and right before we call the job finished.
Then we text you the photo. You see your house lit before you get home.
What it costs
Every house is measured before we quote it, so the price fits your roofline. The quote covers the design, the lights, installation, service through the season and January takedown. Holiday lighting is taxed as a rental, so sales tax is added on its own line.
A 50% deposit (figured on the total with tax) holds your install date, and it's fully refundable until 14 days before install. The balance is invoiced after the dusk check, once you've seen your house lit, and is due within 7 days.
Dates for this season
- Installs through December 11.
- Takedown January 4 to 15.
What we don't do
- Electrical work. If your outdoor outlet doesn't work, you'll need an electrician before we can install.
- Roof work in ice or wet conditions. We reschedule rather than put someone on a wet roof.
- Leave the lights behind. They come down with us in January, which is exactly why you never have to store them.
How it works
- Call or fill in the form. Earlier is better; the schedule fills.
- We measure your roofline and design the display with you.
- A 50% deposit holds your install date.
- We install, set the timer and show you how it works.
- Dusk check that evening, with a photo texted to you.
- We drive by mid-season to catch anything that's gone out.
- Takedown in January, already scheduled.
Questions we get
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours and they're included. We maintain them, replace anything that fails and store them after the season.
When should I book?
As early as you can. We take a limited number of installs so we can do each one properly, and the schedule does close.
What if something goes out?
Call us. We come back at no charge, all season. We also drive by every house we installed once mid-season to catch problems before you notice them.
What happens in January?
We take everything down. It's already scheduled and already included, so you don't have to arrange anything.
Can you do just the roofline?
Yes. Roofline only is the most common request and the cleanest look.
My neighborhood has an HOA. Is that a problem?
Not usually. Send us your HOA's rules on dates and style and we'll design within them.
